Dr. Vijayaraghavan R L is the Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Nuclear Medicine at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bengaluru. With 13 years of experience, he specialises in Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Radionuclide Therapy. He holds a DNB in Nuclear Medicine from Narayana Hrudayalaya and is a Fellow of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (FASNC).
He previously served as consultant and teaching faculty for the postgraduate DNB program in Nuclear Medicine at Narayana Hrudayalaya and helped establish nuclear medicine services at centres in Madurai and Shivamogga. He is Vice President Elect of the Nuclear Cardiological Society of India (2025–2027) and an active member of SNMI, ANMPI, NCSI, and MICNM. He has authored textbook chapters and journal articles in both national and international publications.
