Dr. Saloni Gadikar

Dr. Saloni Gadikar is a Junior Consultant in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Bengaluru. She completed her MBBS from Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences (RGUHS, 2021) and pursued DNB in Nuclear Medicine at Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bengaluru, with training in PET-CT/SPECT-CT imaging and radionuclide therapy across oncologic, cardiac, and paediatric applications.

Her training includes hands-on experience with 18F-FDG PET-CT, SPECT-CT, and radionuclide therapies including ¹³¹I, ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA, and ¹⁷⁷Lu-DOTATATE/PRRT. She previously served as Casualty Medical Officer at Ankola Taluk Hospital, Uttara Kannada (2022–2023), after completing her compulsory rotatory internship at Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences.

She has received the Prof. Arun Malhotra Award (Second Best Paper in Nuclear Cardiology, 17th Asia Oceania Congress of Nuclear Medicine and Biology, 2025), a Best Poster Award at Narayana Health City Research Day, and quiz prizes at THYROCON 2023 and 2024.
