Dr. Jismy Mary Mathew

Dr. Jismy Mary Mathew is a Consultant Radiologist and Specialist in Breast Imaging and Onco-Imaging at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bengaluru. She leads the Breast Clinic and brings expertise in high-resolution breast imaging and cross-sectional oncologic imaging. She holds a Master’s in Oncologic Imaging from the University of Pisa, Italy, and has completed an advanced fellowship in Breast and Onco-Imaging at HCG Cancer Hospital, Bengaluru.

Her clinical expertise spans digital mammography, tomosynthesis, contrast-enhanced mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, PET-CT, and image-guided biopsies and localizations. She plays a key role in cancer staging and treatment planning. She is a member of IRIA, BISI, and SOII, and actively contributes to academic forums. She is committed to precision diagnostics, multidisciplinary collaboration, and improving patient outcomes. Her vision is to drive innovation in personalised, non-invasive breast cancer diagnostics and care.
